Refund & Return Policy – Zangiro
We want you to love your Zangiro gear. If something’s not right, here’s how to make it right:
Eligibility for Return & Refund
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in mint condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- To receive a refund, the item(s) must be shipped back to us at the following return address:

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and any custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
